Our Macmillan Cancer Support and Information Centre is a free and confidential service to support anyone who has been impacted by cancer, whether that be a patient, family, carer or member of staff. 

We aim to provide the right information at the right time. We can advise on: 

  • Emotional counselling
  • Support groups
  • Benefits and financial support
  • Different types of cancer
  • Symptoms
  • Treatments
  • How to reduce risk of cancer
  • Therapies
  • Talking to children.

We offer a drop-in service for anyone who has any queries or concerns. You can also ask questions over the phone or by email. 

Colleagues can also refer patients diagnosed with cancer. We will then visit ward or clinic areas to offer support.

We are unable to facilitate home visits.
