1. Apply online
Apply for one of our vacancies using a system called Trac. The online application will give you a job description and list of main responsibilities.

2. Attend interview
Prepare for your interview by reviewing the job description and thinking of some relevant experiences which you could use as examples if asked. Think about what you will wear and plan your travel. You may also want to familiarise yourself with the interview location and read up on our Trust values.

3. Offer of job
Look out for an email from the recruitment team with your conditional offer letter explaining the next steps. Start to gather your documents including identity and qualifications and review your reference details – do they include your last three years of employment, education or training?

4. Complete employment checks
Read your offer letter carefully and follow the instructions to ensure you complete all required forms and links. Contact your referees and ask them to respond as soon as possible.

5. Arrange start date
Let us know what date you can start and we’ll book you a place on to the next available Corporate Welcome. Look out for your starting letter and contract in your emails, which confirms your line manager’s details.

6. Trust induction
Attend the Corporate Welcome on your first day and complete your mandatory training online. Contact your line manager for details on where you should attend after your induction and to confirm your working pattern. Welcome to #TeamLUHFT!
