The Annual Members' Meeting takes place in collaboration between Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust.
The Annual Members' Meeting is the Trust's Annual General Meeting and brings together members, governors, directors, as well as the Chair of the Board of Directors and Council of Governors.
Members of the public with an interest in the Trusts are welcome to attend.
The Board of Directors and the Council of Governors will also respond to questions from Trust members, patients and the public.
The meeting is an opportunity for foundation trust members and members of the public to observe the Council of Governors, who are elected to hold the Board of Directors to account and represent members' interests.

The Annual Members' Meeting 2026 will take place on Wednesday 7 October 2026, 3pm - 5.30pm, location to be confirmed.
