The Trust holds a Gold award in the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which recognises organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant, of which LUHFT is a signatory.
The Gold award is testament to the support our reservists and Cadet Force Adult Instructors receive from the Trust and, in turn, it means our reservists are able to bring back diverse skills and experiences of value to their workplace at LUHFT.
The award also demonstrates the importance LUHFT places in supporting service personnel, their families and veterans in receiving the best care possible.
