Our Future Together is our three-year strategy (2021-2024) that sets out where we want to be, how we will get there and the role that each of us needs to play to achieve our shared vision.
Our vision is shared by our partners: we work together to support our communities to live healthier, happier, fairer lives.
It draws upon our shared foundations of passion and pride in our roles, a desire to provide great care, community spirit and teamwork, and a willingness to speak up for what we believe in. These qualities are unique to LUHFT and unify us in all we do.

Each of our strategic priorities has a small number of associated objectives with measures of success, which allow the organisation to see progress against delivering the four strategic priorities and contributing to the vision.
We are a values-driven organisation. Our ambitions can only be realised if our values are at the heart of everything that we do.
Our values were created by our staff, patients and members of our communities, who felt that by living these values on a daily basis we will be able to achieve our vision for the future.
