The Annual Report provides information about the Trust’s achievements over the last financial year and ambitions for the future. It is developed in line with requirements set out in the NHS Foundation Trust Annual Reporting Manual and is reviewed by External Auditors and is presented the Board of Directors and the Council of Governors.
